Associate Director - Pensions [United Kingdom]


 

I'm partnered with a fast growth, acquisitive professional services firm who're looking to add an additional head to the team due to continued growth. With some impressive growth already achieved, they're looking for an established Pensions and Benefits Consultant to join the team to manage a portfolio of existing clients.

On day 1, you'll be taking over an existing portfolio with huge internal opportunity to develop this further as there's currently 10,000+ clients across group who are yet to become Employee Benefits clients. A large proportion of the portfolio is made up with 1 key client, so the firm are looking for someone with gravitas who has the capability to act as an extension of the brand.

If you like the idea of working in a close-knit team, this opportunity would be ideal. You'd be joining a team of under 35 people, meaning you get the financial security of a large business whilst being able to work collaboratively where your efforts are recognised, you feel like you're making a difference and the dynamics of their structure is constantly developing.

Please note, there will be travel required for F2F meetings and 121's across the UK. There is the expectation you are in an office for 3 days per week, whether that's client site or one of the employers offices.

Due to the location of the clients, this role would be best suited to those based in the following areas; South West, West Coast, Midlands, North. If you have the right experience for the role and aren't based in these areas, I would still love to hear from you.
