Successful applicants must have a solid understanding of industry processes and familiarity with the private hire sector. Professional telephone etiquette and superior communication skills are required. Applicants must also have a strong geographical understanding of Gloucester, Cheltenham & Stroud as well as the capacity to operate under pressure.
We are seeking an eager, motivated, and energetic person to join our team. You will be controlling approx 10 drivers. This position is for every Friday from 5PM to 2AM & Saturdays from 8AM to 2AM on Sundays.
The duties include:
- Dispatching Bookings to Drivers.
- Taking Bookings via Telephone/In Person/Email.
- Responding to emails.
- Assisting other team members.
- Experience of dispatch software is an advantage but not necessary.
We provide competitive hourly rates. We are NOT looking to outsource our work, and are only looking for applicants based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, UK that can travel to our office.
