We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant for our Perfume store.

A successful sales associate will be a confident salesperson with a prove track record of working with a commission/target-based role previously.

Responsibilities :

• Have a good knowledge of social network, accepted to do live video on social networks such as Tiktok and Intagram to show our products on promotion.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ascertain customer’s needs and strive to upsell where possible.
• Recommend and display items that match customer’s needs.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• We are looking for candidates that have the skills, knowledge and experience to step up to act as Team Leader in the absence of the Store Manager.

About you

• Proven working experience in a retail sales environment.
• A desire to actively strive for excellence.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.

You will receive commissions calculated as a percentage of sales made in addition to your salary.
