Working Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 at our Dover office, you will be working as part of a team. Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, combined with clear and concise communication are paramount. You will be part of a high performing team, who deliver great service to our stakeholders in the most cost-effective solutions possible. The role itself will be varied with a combination of administrative and finance-based tasks which differ from day to day.
Liaising with customers and dealing with any queries which may arise, so we’ll need you to work quickly but accurately to ensure we are delivering a great customer service. You will be inputting information onto our bespoke computer systems ensuring costs are allocated to the correct jobs and customers alike, remaining reactive to the needs of the business, flexing what the priorities are on any given day. Naturally, a proficient level of administration is fundamental to this position, when completing new supplier & customer forms, ensuring correct revenue is allocated on all customs jobs. Overseeing the overdue invoice management and facilitating customer invoice demands, meaning you will need a flexible approach to work with a willingness to learn.
