As we continue our mission to make people happy through chocolate, we’re looking for general operatives to join our Packing and Distribution team on a fixed term basis.
Rotating Days - 6am – 2pm/2pm – 10pm
£20,475 - £22,815 Per Annum
General Operator level will pro-actively work with Senior Operators to continuously improve performance to KPI’s and will reinforce the team ethic of HC through effective communication. As part of the packing team, you will take an active role to Promote and reinforce the vision and culture of the HC brand and be an ambassador for its values.

The on-site location for this role is at our Distribution Centre ‘Alpha’, in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. Whether it’s a bustling event, online order or keeping our store shelves fully stocked, our team at Alpha provide the support network that makes this happen.
Alpha is just off the A1 (Wyboston Interchange) and 3.4 miles from St Neots train station. With free parking on site.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to business needs & requirements
- High level of dexterity
- Adhere to all production control system’s & policies
- Adhere to GMP
- Be able to challenge constructively and to be able to receive feedback openly.
- Adhere to company H&S policies
- Be a Brand ambassador for HC
- Escalation when needed e.g., quality issues, Health & Safety issues
- Support senior op to set up line.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety systems and to be responsible for your own Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of others around you.
- Machine operator - ensuring materials and tools available to enable continuous running
