Sustainability Consultant – Energy Assessor – Bristol, London, Manchester, Leeds
Flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week

Are you an energy assessor with 1-2 years of experience and wanting to be pushed further in your capabilities?

Our client offers sustainability consultants the unique opportunity to sink their teeth into GLOBAL projects at an early stage of their career, supporting them to:

• Build strong client relationships and work closely with a variety of Real Estate clients, advising both investors and occupiers on key sustainability topics, helping them achieving they Net Zero Carbon and wider ESG targets.
• Carry out energy audits and model Net Zero strategies on existing buildings using your;
  • o Experience in producing Energy Strategies for new and existing buildings using dynamic simulation software (IES)
  • o Competency of HVAC systems
  • o Knowledge of current and future energy related legislation (EPC, MEES, ESOS)
  • o Expertise of building certification standards, BREEAM/LEED (especially refurbishment projects)
• Report internally and externally for large and diverse client stakeholders located GLOBALLY.

Even better if you’re a sustainability consultant who possesses the following…

• Level 5 NDEA.
• Experience in carrying out Life Cycle Assessments.
• BREEAM/LEED AP and Assessor.
• Familiar with the work being undertaken by UKGBC, BBP and other key industry stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of building certification standards like WELL, Fitwel or ISO14001.
• Practical experience of operating and utilising online data management platforms.
