```Responsibilities```
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out meeting invitations
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
```Experience```
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and organizational skills
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment
